Weddings

A wedding day that unfolds gently

Whether you would like us involved from the very beginning or simply present to run the day, our role is the same: to hold the detail so that you can be with the people you love.

Simba and Nyasha on their wedding day in Harare

We begin with a conversation about the day you have in mind — the people, the setting, the pace of it — and only then talk about budgets, suppliers and timelines.

From there you receive a written plan: a costed budget, a supplier schedule and a timeline you can actually follow. In the final weeks we confirm every supplier, build the run sheet and take over the correspondence.

On the day, our team is on site from set-up to breakdown. You should not need to answer a single question about deliveries or timings.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Do you plan lobola/roora ceremonies as well as white weddings?
Yes. We plan roora ceremonies with the same care as the wedding day, including family liaison, protocol, seating, traditional catering and photography, and we can manage both events as one programme.
Can you help us find a wedding venue in Harare?
Yes. We source venues to suit your guest count, budget and style, arrange site visits and handle the contracting and payment schedules on your behalf.
Do you manage destination weddings?
We manage weddings in Victoria Falls, Kariba, Nyanga and further afield, including accommodation blocking, transfers, itineraries and multi-day programmes.
What is the difference between full and partial wedding planning?
Full planning covers everything from concept and budget to supplier management and the wedding day. Partial planning picks up an event you have already started, and event-day coordination covers the final handover and the day itself.

Ready to talk it through?

Send us the outline of your event and we will come back with availability, an approach and a costed proposal.
