FAQs

Frequently asked questions

How is your fee structured?
Fees depend on the scope, the guest count and how much of the event we manage. Every proposal sets out the planning fee, the supplier budget and anything quoted separately, so there are no surprises.
Can we engage you for the event day only?
Yes. Event-day coordination covers the final planning handover, supplier confirmations, the run sheet and full management on the day, for clients who have planned the event themselves.
Do you take commission from suppliers?
Our proposals show supplier costs as they are quoted to you. Where a supplier offers a trade rate, the saving is passed through in the budget.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Engagements are confirmed with a signed scope and a deposit, with the remaining payments scheduled against the milestones set out in your proposal.
