Caronai Events is a Harare-based events management company delivering weddings, corporate events, conferences and destination experiences across Zimbabwe.
Who we are
Founder-led by Tanaka
Caronai Events is an event planning and coordination company based in Harare, Zimbabwe. We help clients plan weddings, roora and lobola ceremonies, corporate events, conferences, private celebrations and destination events across the country.
Caronai is intentionally founder-led. From the first conversation through supplier coordination and event planning, clients receive direct attention and clear communication — you are not passed between account handlers.
We are a new company, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise. What we offer is a serious, transparent planning process, careful supplier coordination and the attention that comes with working directly with the founder.

How we work
Planning and coordination, explained plainly
Caronai operates as an event planning and coordination business. Depending on the requirements of each event, we source and coordinate independent venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers, technical teams, rental companies and other specialists.
We plan it
You receive a written plan: scope, timeline, budget and the services your event actually needs — nothing padded in.
We source suppliers
We identify and approach suitable independent venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers, rental and technical companies, and put their costs in front of you.
We coordinate delivery
Bookings, run sheets, arrival times, guest logistics and event-day management, with one person accountable throughout.
A note on suppliers
Caronai Events provides event planning and coordination services. Depending on the requirements of your event, certain services, equipment and products may be supplied by independent third-party providers coordinated as part of your event plan. Supplier costs and responsibilities are clearly communicated in the event proposal, separately from our planning fee.
