Corporate work is judged on more than appearance. It has to land on budget, on schedule and in line with the brand. We plan accordingly.
Each engagement begins with a written brief and a costed proposal that separates supplier costs from our management fee. Through delivery you receive a working budget, a production schedule and a single point of contact.
After the event we reconcile the budget and provide a report covering attendance, supplier performance and recommendations for the next edition.

Working with procurement
Caronai Events is a Zimbabwean-registered event planning and coordination company. Company registration details, supplier quotations and a costed scope of work can be provided in writing on request for tender, procurement or finance purposes. Production equipment, venues, catering and décor are supplied by independent providers we source and coordinate, with their costs shown separately from our planning fee.

- Do you work with procurement and supply formal quotations?
- Yes. We provide itemised, costed quotations, written scopes of work and supplier documentation suitable for procurement review, together with post-event reconciliation and reporting.
- Can you run conferences with AV, staging and LED screens?
- Yes. LED screens, lighting, effects and dance floors are supplied, delivered and set up by Caronai Events, and we coordinate staging, technical rehearsals and on-site timing. Hire and production costs are shown separately from our planning and coordination fee.
- Do you handle delegate registration and logistics?
- We manage delegate registration, name badges, seating, catering counts, transport and accommodation coordination, and speaker liaison.
- Can you manage events outside Harare?
- Yes. We deliver corporate events nationwide, including Bulawayo, Victoria Falls and Kariba, and coordinate travel and logistics for delegates.
