Concerts & Live Events

Live events built around the running order

Concerts, festivals and day events coordinated from site planning and technical build through to load-out — with every supplier held to one schedule.

Custom quoted — tell us about your event and we'll confirm what we can deliver.

A live event is a production schedule before it is a show. Stage, LED, lighting, power, security and hospitality all arrive from different suppliers, and each one needs its own slot in the build.

We plan that sequence with you, brief every supplier against it, and manage the site on the day so the running order holds from doors through to the final set.

Budgets are quoted in USD and reconciled after the event, with a clear record of what each supplier was contracted to deliver.
