Caronai Events is an event management company based at 1 Ward Road, Braeside, Harare, Zimbabwe. This policy explains how we handle personal information shared with us through this website, WhatsApp, email or telephone.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, event type, preferred date, location, estimated guest count, budget range, decision timeline and anything you write in the message field. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, coordinate suppliers on your behalf where you have engaged us, and keep in contact about your event. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing with suppliers
Where you engage us to plan or manage an event, we share only the details a supplier needs to perform their role — for example a venue, caterer or transport provider. We do not share your information with suppliers before you have asked us to proceed.
Retention
Enquiry and event records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the event, meet our record-keeping obligations and answer follow-up questions. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We will act on any such request within a reasonable period.
Photography
We only publish photographs of an event, or identifiable guests, where the client has given written permission. If you would prefer your event not to be photographed for our portfolio, tell us and we will record that in your file.
Website data
This website does not use advertising trackers. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated to say what is measured and why.
