Birthday planning questions
- How much does birthday party planning cost?
- Our planning fee is custom quoted — from US$200 for event-day coordination. Venue, catering, décor and hire items are quoted separately once we know your scope.
- How far ahead should we book a birthday?
- For milestone birthdays we recommend six to eight weeks' notice where possible. Smaller kids' parties and picnic setups can sometimes be arranged on shorter notice, depending on our diary.
- Do you plan kids' birthday parties?
- Yes. We plan themed kids' parties end to end — concept, décor, entertainment, catering and on-the-day coordination — so parents can enjoy the celebration too.
- Can you supply décor and signage for a birthday?
- Yes. LED dance floors, mood lighting, welcome boards, photoboards and bottled water are supplied, delivered and set up by Caronai Events as part of your birthday plan.
