Terms and booking information
An outline of how bookings, quotations and payments work. Full terms are set out in your written agreement.
For Caronai to reviewThis is a plain-language summary drafted for review. Deposit percentages, payment schedules, cancellation windows and refund terms must be confirmed by Caronai and its legal adviser before this page is treated as contractual.
Enquiries and proposals
Enquiries are answered with an initial conversation to establish scope. A written proposal follows, setting out the services included, supplier costs where known, our management fee and anything to be quoted separately. Proposals are estimates until suppliers are formally booked.
Confirming a booking
A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and the agreed booking deposit are in place. Dates are not held until both are received. Supplier availability and pricing can change before confirmation.
Quotations and pricing
Pricing depends on event scope, date, location, guest count and production requirements. Supplier costs are passed through and shown separately from our fee wherever possible. Quotations remain valid for the period stated on the proposal.
Payments
A payment schedule is set out in your agreement, aligned to supplier payment deadlines. Suppliers may require full settlement before the event date. Late payment can affect supplier bookings and delivery.
Changes to scope
Scope changes — guest numbers, additional services, venue changes or date changes — are confirmed in writing and may affect costs and timelines.
Postponement and cancellation
Postponement and cancellation terms depend on how much notice is given and on the terms of each contracted supplier. These terms are set out in full in your agreement before you commit.
Supplier relationships
We source and manage independent suppliers on your behalf. Where suppliers contract directly with you, their own terms apply. We are not the provider of venue, catering, technical or transport services.
Circumstances beyond our control
Weather, power interruptions, venue restrictions, travel disruption and supplier failure are planned for through contingency arrangements, but cannot always be eliminated. We will always act to protect the event and keep you informed.
Photography and publicity
We publish event photography and written case studies only with your written permission. You may decline without it affecting your engagement with us.
