Your initial 1-hour consultation is free of charge. The US$50 quote fee applies only afterwards, if we confirm we are a good fit.

Free initial consultation
A free 1-hour meeting, in person or virtual, where we go through your requirements and confirm we’re the right fit for your event.

Quote fee
If we’re a good fit after the free consultation, a US$50 fee covers preparing your itemised quote. It is deducted in full from your total planning fee if you book with Caronai. Pay by cash, EcoCash, bank transfer or InnBucks; our team confirms payment details with you on WhatsApp.

Receive your itemised quote
We prepare the itemised quote after the quote fee is confirmed. The US$50 never applies before your free initial consultation.

- How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
- We acknowledge enquiries within one working day. We then arrange a free 1-hour consultation. A US$50 itemised-quote fee applies only afterwards if we are a good fit, and is deducted from your planning fee when you book.
- What details should I include in my enquiry?
- The event type, your preferred date, the location, an estimated guest count, an indicative budget range and when you would like to decide. That lets us come back with something useful straight away.
